![]() The Illinois edition of the Sun Journal merged with The Daily Calumet beginning with the Octoissue. Name changed to The Sun &, The Sun-Journal February 24, 1970. Unfortunately missing issues were not available for digitization. Printouts are available at $1.00 per page at the Lansing Historical Society during their business hours. PDFs are formatted to print on 11x17" paper. Internet access to the files was provided by a partnership between Lansing Historical Society and Lansing Public Library in 2015, making them available to researchers worldwide! The Lansing Journal (Lansing, Ill.) Volunteers met 56 times for a total of about 220 hours of labor for the project. Lansing Historical Society (Lansing, IL) started the digitization project in June 2006 and ended October 25, 2008.
